In our initial communication and while planning together the plan and solution according to your needs, it would be great if you could mention about your pets. In any case, all planned work will be carried out without delay or affecting your pets’ routine or daily life.

The only thing we need from you is to make sure there is power and water supply; you can leave everything else on us!

Absolutely not, this would be totally unprofessional and counter to our principles. We make sure we clean our equipment after every visit to one of our clients, so that we can ensure that for every next visit we’re up to our high standards with regards to hygiene and safety, both for you and your facility / property, and for our personnel / partners.

We have more than 15 years of experience in the field and a great network of trustworthy and reliable suppliers and partners. Most of our new clients come as referrals from our existing happy customer base, which for us is the best indication for our reliability and the quality of the services we provide.

We can accept any payment means, like cash, card (POS), bank deposit (please request our bank details).
